Hi, I’m Akanksha — a dessert lover turned wellness rebel.
Mindful Munchies was born out of my own journey of navigating food intolerances, battling cravings, and refusing to settle for bland “healthy” desserts. I didn’t just want to eat better — I wanted to feel better without giving up the joy of dessert.
For years, I struggled with bloating, fatigue, and guilt after eating what I loved. When I finally cut out refined sugar, gluten, dairy, and highly processed oils, I felt a massive shift. But there was a catch — nothing on the market satisfied my sweet tooth without hurting my body. So, I rolled up my sleeves, went back into the kitchen, and Mindful Munchies was born.
Every product we create is a love letter to your gut, your mood, and your memories — desserts that are nourishing, comforting, and absolutely delicious.

I Do This

Because I want everyone — especially those with food sensitivities — to feel included at the dessert table.
